This scholarship was established in 2021 by Texas Tech Law School Foundation Board of Trustees in honor of Professor Arnold Loewy, the inaugural holder of the George R. Killam Jr Chair in Criminal Law. The scholarship is awarded to one or more student law review editors with principal responsibilities in the area of journal symposia.
