Ann and Robert Burbridge

 

Ann Burbridge joined the Law School as an administrative assistant in 1966, and her exceptional abilities led her to become the school's first registrar in 1969. Throughout her remarkable career, Ann remained a steadfast presence, serving the Law School with unwavering dedication until her retirement in 1991.
 
Affectionately known as "Dean Burbridge" due to her profound knowledge of the Law School, Ann's contributions were held in high regard by all. In recognition of her extraordinary commitment, the Texas Senate presented a resolution honoring her exceptional service to the Law School.
 
Ann's impact extended beyond her professional contributions. She actively supported the Law School's clinical programs with her husband, Robert. Additionally, at the time of her passing in 2021, Ann left a generous bequest gift showcasing her deep investment in Texas Tech Law's success.
