Chester W. Grudzinski, Jr.

 

Chester handles federal, state, and other tax matters for various businesses and entities. With his extensive experience, he assists clients in forming, operating, and liquidating various business entities, including mergers and acquisitions. Chester represents individuals, private businesses, and publicly traded companies and also manages tax controversy cases.
 
Apart from his legal work, Chester is deeply committed to community service. He has served as a Trustee on the Texas Tech Law School Foundation and the Board of the Longhorn Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Chester volunteers as a Westside Little League baseball coach and coordinates at the Presbyterian Night Shelter in Fort Worth for All Saints Episcopal Church.
 
In recognition of his exceptional service to the Texas Tech Law School Foundation, Chester was awarded the Distinguished Service Award in 2016. He and his wife, Laura, have also made significant financial contributions to the Law School, supporting various initiatives and programs that promote academic excellence and growth.
