Bill and Chris Peirson navigated law school together and went on to co-found PeirsonPatterson, LLP in 1984. Their law firm specializes in providing legal services to the mortgage banking and consumer lending industry.
 
Bill brings extensive expertise in negotiating and finalizing real estate transactions. He also has a comprehensive background in navigating governmental licensing and regulatory enforcement authorities at all levels.
 
Chris is Board Certified as a specialist in the field of Residential Real Estate Law and is a highly sought-after speaker on a national level. In addition, she serves as a trustee for the Texas Tech Law School Foundation and was honored with the Texas Tech University School of Law Distinguished Alumni Award in 2011.
 
Grateful for their own law school experience, Bill and Chris have consistently supported the Dean's Excellence Fund, and in 2019, they established the Bill & Chris Peirson Endowed Federalist Society Scholarship.
