Samantha is a third-year law student. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. Samantha's work for the center has focused on policy research surrounding a nitrogen circular economy in partnership with the Center for Advancing Sustainable and Distributed Fertilizer Production (CASFER), an NSF-funded ERC.
