The Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Clinic is a single-semester, three
credit hour graded clinical course limited to 18 students. The course is co-taught
by Professor Larry Spain and Adjunct Professor Gene Valentini, Director of the Lubbock County Dispute Resolution
Center.
In addition to the client-based clinics, the Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic allows students to gain practical skills in mediating actual disputes through the
Dispute Resolution Center.
