Students may earn up to one-third (30 credits) of their total credits for their J.D. degrees from distance education courses, as allowed by the American Bar Association Standards for the Approval of Law Schools. This limit includes any distance education course credits earned in dual-degree programs or transfer credits that are accepted to count towards a student's J.D. degree.
