About
Mr. Hendry serves as an instructor in the Area of Finance at Texas Tech University
in addition to being an adjunct professor of real estate at Tarrant County College.
His professional experience includes 20 years in the commercial real estate industry,
specializing in valuation, underwriting, analytics, modeling and financial analysis.
Mr. Hendry also has experience in conventional multifamily property management and
development, commercial and residential leasing, brokerage and appraisal.
He currently serves as senior vice president, head of commercial real estate and advisory
solutions for Trepp, Inc. Trepp, Inc. is a leading provider or data, analytics and
technology solutions to the global securities and investment management industries.
Trepp serves three key sectors: structured finance, commercial real estate and banking
to help market participants meet their objectives for surveillance, credit risk management
and investment performance.
Mr. Hendry earned a Master of Science degree in real estate with a concentration in
sustainability from the University of Texas at Arlington where he also received his
graduate certificate in real estate development. Mr. Hendry was also selected for
the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum "Fifty Under 40" list in 2020, highlighting talented
leaders within the commercial real estate field based on their positive reputations
and contributions within their companies and industry at large. He is a frequent conference
speaker and moderator and has been quoted in several publications, including the Wall
Street Journal.
