Joe Fairless

 

After graduating from Texas Tech in 2005, Joe Fairless began his professional advertising career in New York City as a junior project manager for the advertising agency TBWA/Chiat/Day. He then worked at Mr. Youth (now “MRY”) where he helped the agency grow from seven employees to over 120. He finished up his agency career as the youngest vice president of SS+K in New York City. Today, Fairless has transferred his advertising knowledge to the worlds of finance and real estate as the co-founder and managing principal of Ashcroft Capital. 

Ashcroft Capital is a multifamily investment firm providing turnkey investment opportunities to accredited investors all over the nation. Fairless currently controls more than $300,000,000 in real estate properties and has a portfolio of 4,269 units. He is an experienced fundraiser, personally raising over $100,000,000 from private investors for real estate investments. 

When he's not managing real estate, he's hosting the world's longest running daily real estate investing podcast on iTunes: Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show. The show has gotten a wildly positive response with more than seven million downloads on iTunes and more than 550 5-star reviews. On the podcast, he has interviewed celebrity guests such as Shark Tank's Barbara Corcoran, skateboarder Tony Hawk, and celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. 

Fairless is deeply engaged in philanthropy with many different obligations to his community. In 2012, he founded the NYC ADventure Scholarship Program where each recipient, an advertising major at TTU, receives a trip to NYC to work with an advertising agency of their choice. He is also a Junior Achievement of Cincinnati Board Member and donates all of the profits from the sales of his books Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, Volume 1 & 2, to Junior Achievement. 

Fairless also founded Best Ever Causes in early 2018, a philanthropy initiative where he donates each month to a special cause and gives exposure to the cause on his website. To date, the Best Ever Causes has donated money and generated exposure to A Kid Again, Save the Animals Foundation, Angela House, and the NJ Tree Foundation. An avid Tony Robbins fan, Joe truly believes that the secret to living is giving, and he tries to demonstrate that every day.

He is married to the love of his life, Colleen, and they are expecting their first child soon.
