Victor Villalba will visit campus Thursday, August 29 as the 2024 Harris Distinguished Lecturer,  speaking during a luncheon at Texas Tech’s McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center, 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Villalba is the Spanish-language announcer for the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks and a Texas Tech graduate.
