Group Registration for Culture Fest
How to Register your Organization or Office for Culture Fest 2024
Rules for registration:
- You Must be a current registered TTU Organization or Office or Department to register to participate.
- Your booth/performance must display aspects of global culture or language that is family friendly as this event is open to all ages.
How to Register for Culture Fest |
Step 1.I would like to have a booth Culture Fest (deadline for registration is September 26th) Complete the Vendor Registration Form
I would like to perform at Culture Fest 2024 (deadline for registration is September 30th) |
Step 2.Once you have received a confirmation from International Affairs confirming your registration has been received and accepted you can next complete the Vendor Approval Sign-up form and Resister for a IA (international Affairs) Vendor Approval Meeting. As a Culture Fest vendor you DO NOT need to complete a Grounds Use application. International affairs will do this on your behalf. Instead you will need to attend a virtual IA Vendor Approval meeting on one of these three days, Sept, 20th, 27th or 30th at 10AM. This includes performers. Complete the Vendor Approval Form Here |
Step 3Once you have compleated the Vendor Approval Form above, please register for a Vendor approval Meeting date. At this meeting we will officially approve your booth/performance to take place at Culture Fest. |
Step 4IF YOU ARE SERVING FOOD and/or BEVERAGES You must complete a Temporary Food Permit through Texas Tech University. Tips for filling out form -
