Give to K-12 Global Education Outreach

Appeal from K-12 Global Education Outreach, Office of International Affairs:

DONATE TO K-12 GEO

On a recent field trip to the International Cultural Center, Keenan Kattwinkel, 2nd grader in Lubbock-Cooper ISD said, "This is the most fun I've had this year. I wish we could take more field trips to Texas Tech." We hear this a lot from students participating in programs at the ICC. The K-12 GEO staff is passionate about building a community of global learners.

In the 21st century, it is critically important for our students to acquire cultural awareness that will enable them to communicate and work in a global marketplace. Acquiring this perspective provides students with a wide-range of opportunities and career options, such as, international trade, banking and financial services, law, healthcare, and STEM fields - to name a few.

Scholarships and donations play a critical role in providing opportunities for students to have these types of experiences. Please consider giving to K-12 Global Education Outreach. Your generous donation could make a world of difference in the life of a child.

Sincerely,
Mr. Charles Olivier
Assistant Director, K-12 Global Education Outreach
