Jay and his wife, Jeanene, established a scholarship for law students at Texas Tech University. Jay is a partner at Winkler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP in Austin, Texas. He specializes in personal injury litigation and holds Board Certification as a trial specialist in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is also a Texas Tech Law School Foundation Board of Trustees member.
