If you meet the qualifications, scholarships are awarded on Fridays up until the first day of the Summer 2 semester. If you feel like you might qualify but don't receive an award, you may contact the scholarship office at email@example.com or 806.742.3144.
Scholarship recipients will need to web accept their scholarships for 1718 and 1819. In order to do so you must accept the terms and conditions of your award packages in Raiderlink. You will need to complete enrollment certification as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUrnfRJibXY. You will also be required to write a thank-you letter (follow the instructions in the award notification emails/paper letters).
The transfer deadline of March 1st does not apply to our TechTeach Across Texas students. You will still qualify for transfer scholarships up until the start of your program.
Scholarships – for students who have completed all necessary requirements - will disburse towards the students' bills 10 days before class starts. Any scholarship funding in excess of the student's balance will be refunded to the student. Students need to set up direct deposit in order to expedite refunds. Grades and Hours requirements will be checked after each scholarship term (Summer, Fall, Spring, Summer). If a student fails to meet the requirements, they could be placed on probation or cancelled.
