The Student Bar Association (SBA) functions as the student government for Texas Tech
Law. Peer-elected student officers act as the unified voice of the student body, to
advance academic excellence, to promote mental wellness, and to support every student's
journey in acquiring a quality legal education.
In 2017, SBA adopted Resolution 50.01. This resolution expresses SBA's "support for the importance and respect of diversity
at Texas Tech University School of Law."
