Doug and Veronica Atnipp established the Douglas C. and Veronica O. Atnipp Scholarship Endowment to help Texas Tech law students pursue their legal education and achieve their academic and professional goals. The J.T. and Margaret Talkington Foundation also played a crucial role by providing matching funds for this scholarship.
