This scholarship was established by Robert Collier '73 to benefit second or third-year Texas Tech law students who meet specific academic criteria. Eligible candidates for this scholarship must rank within the top ten percent of their respective law school classes, determined by their most recent cumulative grade point averages. Additionally, they should actively participate as members of a Texas Tech Law journal.
