Robert Collier '73 established this scholarship in 2021 to support second or third-year law students from the Texas Panhandle. To qualify, students must have graduated from a high school in the Texas Panhandle area and rank within the top twenty-five percent of their respective law school classes, determined by their most recent cumulative grade point averages.
