In celebration of the Law School's 50th anniversary, Robert Collier '73 established this scholarship to benefit two groups of students. It is awarded to first-year Texas Tech law students who rank within the top twenty-five percent of their class, based on the undergraduate grade point average of the class members. It is also awarded to second or third-year Texas Tech law students who rank within the top ten percent of their respective law school classes, determined by their most recent cumulative grade point averages, and actively participate as members of a Texas Tech Law journal.
