Kevin T. Glasheen graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988. He opened his own law office immediately and began handling personal-injury cases. In his first civil-jury trial, Kevin won a million-dollar verdict, and he has been lead counsel in many multi-million dollar civil cases. He was lead counsel in the two largest railroad crossing accident cases in Texas, resulting in a 65 million-dollar verdict and a 46 million-dollar verdict. Kevin is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In one of his highest profile cases, Kevin represented the family of Timothy Cole, who was wrongly convicted of a 1985 rape at Texas Tech University and died in prison before he was exonerated, and helped them receive compensation. Kevin has represented 12 other clients who were wrongfully convicted.
