Jay is a partner at Winkler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP in Austin, Texas. He specializes in personal injury litigation and is Board Certified as a trial specialist in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Certification. Jay is an active Texas Tech Law School Foundation Board of Trustees member and has contributed significantly to student scholarships by establishing the Jay Harvey Endowed Scholarship.
