Gary R. Terrell

Mr. Terrell is a partner in the Lubbock law firm of Key & Terrell, LLP. He practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Probate Law, Commercial Law, and Commercial Litigation. He is licensed by the State of Texas and is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of Texas; the Federal District Courts and the Bankruptcy Courts of the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Divisions of the Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts of Texas; the Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court of Nebraska; the Fifth U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Terrell is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Lubbock County Bar Association. He is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors of Lubbock Abstract & Title, Inc. in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Terrell teaches Texas Land Titles and Real Estate Finance and has been on the faculty of Texas Tech University School of Law as an adjunct professor since 1996.

Mr. Terrell has served as the President and Chairman of the Board of the National Ranching Heritage Center, Lubbock, Texas, and was formerly a Member of the Advisory Board for the Department of Natural Resources Management, Texas Tech University.
