  • Instrument Camp and All Day Drum Majors have the SAME DATES this year, June 30th - July 6th.
  • Pay by CREDIT CARD - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
  • Pay by CHECK - complete the registration process and mail check to the camp office with registration number and health form
  • No deposit required
  • Disable popups before beginning registration; you will need to go all the way through the registration process and hit "finish" then it will take you to the credit card page in a new window
  • Please only hit the submit button once. If your confirmation doesn't appear, call the camp office at 806.742.2225 to confirm that it was submitted.

Tuition

Due Date: June 18th

Tuition: $325.00

On-Campus Housing: $375.00

All registration and payments are due by June 18th.  After June 18th there is a $50 cancellation fee and if On-site housing or Off-Site meal card was selected during the registration process that portion of the payment will still need to be paid in full.

CAMP HANDBOOK (COMING SOON)  - This has all of the camp information such as schedules, what to bring, check-in, etc. Please take a moment to go over this document carefully with parents and campers

CHECK OUT FORM - if your child is leaving camp at any point with someone other than their parent or guardian, we MUST have this form on file for you. We WILL NOT be able to accept verbal authorization.

RULES (COMING SOON)- A list of rules all campers MUST abide by during camp. We will review these rules in our first camp meeting as well.

Scholarships

Students looking for scholarships/discounts that do not qualify for those listed below should talk to their director or private lesson teacher. A large number of students that attend camp receive scholarships from their local program.

Please note, scholarships listed below may only be applied to the TUITION portion of camp. Students staying ON-campus are still responsible for the housing and dining portion.

All-State Members

Who is eligible: Students who were selected for any 2023/2024 All-State Ensemble and attending camp on their primary instrument. Exclusions include current seniors who will not be attending Texas Tech University in the fall of 2024 and any student attending camp as auxiliary only. This scholarship does not apply for the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Competition.

Fee Details: All-State Scholarship students will only be responsible for the Housing/Dining portion of camp if they choose to stay ON-campus.

How to apply: Email a copy of the All-State program listing your camper as a performer.  Once verified, an email will be sent with your discount code.

Travel & Accomodations

Charter Bus (one way TO camp only)

We are offering a one-way charter bus that will bring campers TO camp from two Texas metro areas. Shuttle reservations are $65 and lunch will be included.

Departure details for each bus are below. There will be a camp faculty supervisor on each bus that will be checking each student in and accepting any medication that needs to be checked into the nurse at camp. 

Campers that have signed up for the bus will receive an email 2 weeks before camp with faculty contact information, link to order lunch, and any other pertinent details.

Lubbock Airport Shuttle

Airport Shuttles are available to and from the Lubbock airport for $15 roundtrip. Reservations may be made on the "Shuttle/Additional Items" form.

Campers

All campers driving themselves to camp (on-campus campers as well as commuters) will be required to purchase a parking ePermit. These can be pre-purchased with registration before camp or purchased during check in at camp. Please bring the make, model, year, and license plate number.

Residence Hall
