 The Guitar Studio at Texas Tech is a mix of Guitar Performance, Jazz Performance, Music Education, and Commercial Music majors. Grounded in classical technique and repertoire we offer guitarists a wide range of instruction and opportunities to broaden and cultivate varying skills on the guitar.
 
Guitarists actively perform within the School of Music and throughout the greater West Texas community as soloists and in ensembles (jazz, commercial, guitar orchestra, historical, chamber music). The Guitar Studio is dedicated to the personal mentorship of each individual student and cultivates an environment of excellence and collaboration.
