TTU Opera Theatre represents the culmination of the skills acquired by voice students at Texas Tech University with performances of fully staged operas.  These skills include, but are not limited to, musical interpretation, language study, diction, character study, acting, and movement. TTU Opera Theatre is cast entirely from graduate and undergraduate students, accompanied by a student orchestra, and guided expertly by faculty with decades of experience in professional and academic opera. Repertoire for TTU Opera Theatre includes opera, musical theatre, operetta, and zarzuela, standard and non-standard repertoire.
