Texas Tech Law School Student Fellow Aaron Kruger

Aaron Kruger

Aaron is a second-year law student with a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. He is actively involved with the Water Law and Policy Center, contributing to the CASFER grant project by researching regulatory issues and developing strategies to streamline compliance. Aaron is also a member of the Federalist Society, the Agricultural Law Association, and the Black Law Students Association.

Texas Tech Law School Student Fellow Hannah Napier

Hannah Napier

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Her work at the Water Law and Policy Center focuses on a research project that explores water quality credit trading markets. She also collaborates with Professor Hardberger on research related to land conservation efforts in Africa. Hannah is the treasurer of both the Prosecution and Environmental Law Associations and the social media chair of the Investment and Finance Law Association. She is also a member of the Board of Barristers, the Energy Law Interest Group, and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).

Texas Tech Law School Student Fellow Emma Golightly

Emma Golightly

Emma graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, specializing in Policy and Economic Analysis. At the Law School, Emma serves as the secretary of the Agricultural Law Association and participates in the American Agricultural Law Association Quiz Bowl team. Her work with the Water Law and Policy Center includes researching groundwater law and contributing to the third volume of Groundwater Laws and Regulations.
