Motorist Assistance Program

Rushed to your test and locked your keys in your car? Thought there was enough gas to make it to class then to the gas station? Everyone's been there (including us), and that's why we developed the free Motorist Assistance Program, available by calling 806.742.MAPP (6277). 

MAP provides the following services to those in need:

• Air up a flat tire
• One gallon of gas
• Jump start a vehicle
• Unlock a vehicle

MAP is available to anyone on the:

• Texas Tech University Campus
• Rawls Golf Course
• Grantham Building
• TTU Downtown Center

24 hours per day, seven days a week (excluding University holidays)

This is a free service up to three assists per year.

• • After three assists there will be the following charges:
    • $25 per jump start or unlock
    • $12.50 for gas or tire service
