Park and Pay

Park-and-pay spaces are available on campus to those with and without ePermits. See below for a map of these areas. 

 

To make a payment, you can use the pay machines by following these steps: 

1. Push any button to activate the pay machine. Screen will light up. 

2. Enter your license plate number and push “OK”

3. Add the amount of time that you will be parked for. 

4. Either hit “OK” to pay with a card or insert coins. 

5. If paying with card, insert card or use tap to pay. 

6. Don't forget to take your receipt. 

 

Alternatively, you can utilize our new text-to-pay feature by following these steps: 

 

1. Locate the text-to-pay sign in your parking lot and text the associated code to 25023. 

2. Follow the steps provided to set up payment. 

 

*** Please note that the Flowbird App is no longer available. 

 

 

 Payment is required for the areas indicated on the map below during the following days and times:

• • Weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: All who park (including those with and without ePermits) must pay the hourly or daily rate.
  • Weekdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Only those without any valid TTU ePermit must pay the hourly rate; those with any valid TTU ePermit may park for free in these areas. 

*** The interior of campus is not accessible to students on weekdays from 7:30am-5:30pm. Only employees, service, and other authorized vehicles may drive past the entry stations during this time.
