  8th Annual Conference on Advancing Teaching & Learning at TTU

  Tina, your 40 prepaid passes are in campus mail. You guests should utilize the R11(Bandlot) for this event. Please let them know they need to park in the center of the lot, not on the east or west curb, those spaces are reserved for faculty/staff. Ginger

  Lindy, as per our conversation, please have your guest park in the R13 section, front of Drane Hall, of the lot. The R13 lot becomes available after 5:30 pm. As you know the residence hall section is reserved 24/7. Good luck. Ginger
