  XL - Instructor Training

  Lissa, Starting on Monday 12-13-2010 thru 1-9-2011 any vehicle will be allowed to park without charge on the 2nd & 3rd floor of the Garage at 18th & Flint. The 4th floor is a park and pay area and will be enforced during that time. R13V Lot on Akron &15th is also a park & pay lot that will be available. Good luck with your event. Joe

  1 pre paid pass is ready for pick up. This will allow the trainer to park in th R03V lot, located to the south of the Theatre or in the R13V lot, located at 15th and Akron. GW

  Communications & Marketing Staff Retreat

  Andrea, Any F/S or Student parking pass will be able to park in the Commuter Lot next to Jones AT&T Stadium. If you have off campus guest coming, please have them Stop at one of the Entry Stations for a visitors pass. Good luck with your Retreat. Joe

  Foundation Board, IAC, Board of Regents Special Meeting

  DaLana, per your request we will cone off 15 spaces in the R13V lot from 7:00am - 11:00am with an attendant to control those spaces from 7:00am - 9:30am. The cones will remain with the spaces reserved until 11:00am for our enforcement personnel.

  Induction Ceremony for the College of Education

  Toni, as you noted on your invitations, the R11 pay lot will be available to your guest at a rate of $1.20 p/hr (The Band will not be practicing). The R13V pay lot on the corner of 15th & Akron will also be available at the same rate p/hr. Good luck with your event. Joe
