Wayne A. Reaud is a well-respected trial lawyer and the founder of Reaud, Morgan and Quinn law firm in Beaumont, Texas. He is widely recognized for championing the rights of working men and women. 

For over 40 years, Wayne has represented clients in significant cases involving personal injury, product liability, premises liability, toxic torts, and business litigation. His groundbreaking work in mass tort litigation, particularly in asbestos premises and computer liability claims, has made him a leading figure in the field. Wayne was also instrumental in representing the State of Texas in its landmark litigation against the tobacco industry.

Wayne is actively involved in various charitable foundations and organizations, including serving as chairman emeritus of the Beaumont Foundation of America and director of the Reaud Charitable Foundation. His outstanding career has earned him numerous accolades, including being named the Texas Tech University School of Law Distinguished Alumnus in 1998, Lamar University's 2006 Distinguished Alumnus, and a Southeast Texas Legend in 2017. In 2011, the University of Texas awarded him the Honorary Order of the Coif. 

Wayne's unwavering support for the Law School is evident through his establishment of the West Texas Legal Legends Scholarships in 2004, along with his wife, Dana. These scholarships, which require a minimum endowment of $250,000, honor distinguished attorneys who made a significant positive impact in West Texas. They are awarded to Texas Tech law students based on their academic success and commitment to service.
