Students in the dance program are wrapping up our last day of classes and moving into finals. This semester has whizzed by so quickly that it feels like a blur. As we shifted back to face-to-face classes and live performances, we shared both the excitement and the exhaustion of being back in the studio and theatre again.

As 2022 approaches, we plan continually to explore the concept of sustainability, in all its myriad incarnations, to make certain that we have balanced our time well enough to assure you, our audiences, that we are mining the best of our talents, all the while serving the Lubbock community we love.

SoTD students have benefited tremendously from the PLPS partnership, and they can look forward to more opportunities to interact with the talented artists who visit campus through the series. In the meantime, they can depend on PLPS to continue to offer a wonderfully diverse program of lecturers and entertainers.
