Texas Tech University's Soil Judging Team took eighth place at the National Soil Judging Contest held April 7-8 at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. Sponsored by the American Society of Agronomy and the Soil Science Society of America, the event included 23 teams from across the nation.
