The Cecil and Elizabeth Brashear Scholarship Endowment was established by Jean and Dean Nichols in 1991 in honor of her parents, Cecil and Elizabeth Brashear. The Clyde, Brian and Virginia Butler Endowed Scholarship was established by Mr. Clyde R. Butler, with matching funds by Atlantic Richfield (ARGO Foundation) in 1991. The scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in agronomy or horticulture, with a consideration to the recipient's financial need.

The Margaret Coil Endowment for Floral Design was established by the Lubbock Council of Garden Clubs with Keith Moffett in 1999. The endowment is used for program support, scholarships and/or student competition expenses for the floral design classes.
