Donald A. Johnson Scholarship Endowment

The Donald A. Johnson Scholarship Endowment was established in 2001 by donor representatives from Plains Cotton Growers. Scholarships are available for students majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources with preference to students who have a background and/or interest in cotton.

Knowlton's Dairy Dean's Scholar Scholarship Endowment

The Knowlton's Dairy Dean's Scholar Scholarship Endowment was established by Mrs. Lloyd Knowlton and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Knowlton of San Antonio, TX in 1986. Scholarships are available to students who qualify for a Dean's Scholar Silver Award. The recipient should preferably be a dairy industry/food technology major but open to all majors in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Preference is given to students from South Texas.

Jerry and Pat Zimmerman Lawrence Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Jerry and Pat Zimmerman Lawrence Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in memory of Jerry and Pat Lawrence by family and friends in 1983. Two scholarships will be awarded annually to student majoring in Education and Agricultural Sciences. One recipient will be selected by the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources and one student will be selected by the College of Education.

The Rob Lewis Endowed Scholarship was established by the Bobby Lewis family in memory of Rob Lewis in 1999. Scholarships available for students majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.

Ollie F. Liner Scholarship Fund

The Ollie F. Liner Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Ollie F. Liner, long time county agricultural agent for Hale County, by his friends in 1985. Scholarships are available for majors in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources with a preference given to Hale County residents. For entering freshmen or currently enrolled students who exemplify qualities of leadership and a concern for proper use of natural resources.

The CASNR Lubbock Cotton Auxiliary Scholarship Endowment was established by Lubbock Cotton Auxiliary. Scholarships available for upper class students in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources majoring in Agronomy, Mechanized Agriculture or Agricultural Economics or a field benefitting the cotton industry.

Gladys Manjeot Memorial Endowed Scholarship of District I, Texas Garden Clubs, Inc.

The Gladys Manjeot Memorial Endowed Scholarship of District I, Texas Garden Clubs, Inc. was established by the District I, Texas Garden Clubs, Inc. in memory of Gladys Manjeot in 1997.Scholarships are available for upperclassmen majoring in horticulture, floriculture, landscape design, botany, plant pathology, forestry, agronomy, environmental concerns, city planning, land management or allied subjects.

Dan and Julia Manning Scholarship

The Dan and Julia Manning Scholarship was established 1985 by Mrs. Julia manning in memory of her late husband, Mr. Dan Manning. Mr. and Mrs. Manning were long-time residents of and farmed near Perryton, in Ochiltree County. Scholarships are available for entering freshman majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. First preference will be given to residents of Ochiltree County, then to Panhandle residents.
